the service
Party is a paid membership in our Discord community. A membership grants the member role and access to the private channels, guides and resources we publish for members. It is a purely digital product: nothing is shipped and nothing is installed.
membership
A membership belongs to one person. Do not share your password, your API key or your invitation credits. An account that breaks these terms can lose access.
plans and payment
Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price and what a plan includes are shown before you pay, and the payment itself runs through Stripe — your card details never reach us. What you buy is permanent: it stays yours for as long as Party exists.
acceptable use
Stay inside what your plan allows, keep your account and API key to yourself, and do not use the service for material that is unlawful where you live. Trying to circumvent limits, entitlements or security ends access, and a plan bought to that end is not refunded.
refunds
A purchase is final once access has been granted, except where the law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal or refund that we cannot exclude. If a plan stops working and we cannot put it right, we refund it.
changes
We can change the service, the plans and these terms. A change never takes away what a plan has already granted, and prices or allowances only move for future purchases.
liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for the service or a plan is limited to what you paid, and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
